What we do
A charity organisation with purpose.
As much as we focus a lot of our time and work on working with clients one-on-one, we also commit our efforts to organising and partaking in events for those in the community. Some include children's workshops, international days of celebration, and new year festivities.
Our team
The team at Persian Advice Bureau consists of social outreach workers, a specialised legal team in immirgation, as well as volunteers. Since our conception in 2015, we have been growing in quality and quantity as we have helped more and more clients every single day.
Foujon Naini
Founder & Senior Advisor
LLB (Hons), BPTC.
With a background in Law as a Barrister, Ms. Naini founded the charity in 2015. Since then, she has gone on to expand its presence within the community, as well as the services she and her team offer to asylum-seekers and refugees from various backgrounds.
Zahra Moghaddasi
Lead Social Outreach Worker
Having received a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Zahra works directly with the asylum-seekers in the contingency hotels, ensuring that our clients always have a direct point of contact who is friendly and understanding.
Anna Hussain
Social Outreach Worker
Anna is a very valued member of our team, who focuses on the needs of asylum-seekers, with her strong interfaith understanding. She is a very valued member who never fails to participate in our events and initiatives.
Naz Arami
Activities Coordinator
From Iran, Naz is the lead of all our activities and events that take place both in and out of the hotels, organised for children and adults. Naz is extremely kind, bubbly, and a key member of the team.
